We believe that trading will be demanding for operators in the current economic conditions.  Some hotels will simply need  expert guidance to help steer their way through these challenging times.  However, some  operations will inevitably become unsustainable, due to their levels of borrowing in a market that has experienced rapid increases in the cost of energy, food and payroll on the one hand and declining sales and occupancy on the other. In our view, this will necessarily lead to the re-evaluation of operational structures and business models.
